Skincare // From the Inside Out
I wouldn’t rely on a mask to actually help my skin issues, but I enjoy (sometimes) the practice of applying a treatment.
You can’t have the beauty industry without buzzwords, trending ingredients, and everyone telling you what you “shouldn’t do” for your skin. It can be hard to figure out which ones to focus on and which ones are more of a fad.

Maybe it’s not too much when it’s all laid out, but I still wouldn’t consider this a minimalist skincare routine. I can’t remember what it was like not having an in-depth skincare ritual.
